How old does my child need to be to start at Meithrinfa?
Your child can start with us as soon as they turn 2 years old.
What language do you use in your nursery?
We are an English medium setting however, we work hard to ensure that your child still has lots of opportunities to build their Welsh Language skills (please see our Welsh as a Second Language Policy for more information).
Is food and drink provided for the children?
We provide a healthy snack at around 10am. However, we do ask that you provide your child with a lunch and a drink. All children will be given a drink of either milk or water at each food time and they are welcome to have a drink of water throughout the day as needed.
Do you accept the Childcare Offer for Wales?
If you are eligible for the Childcare Offer, you can use up to 20 hours of care with us each week. Please click the image below for more information
What information should I expect to be given whilst my child is at Meithrinfa?
